Background:
HIV Health Aid and Care for the Future Foundation (HACFF) has been initiated by the first batch of workers of Medecins Du Monde (Doctors of the World) in the program of Harm Reduction to People Who Use Drugs (PWUD), Temeke, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. HACFF was registered on 10th September, 2014 with the registration number 00NGO/00007488.
By recognizing that drugs transimission issue has been a strong barrier in the development of the Nation up to the family level and by recognizing different efforts which is done by the government, civil society organisations, non -government organisations, HACFF members decide to initiate this Non-Governmental Organization to reduce harms caused by drug use and unsafe sex which cause HIV.
