Welcome to our Foundation namely Health Aid and Care for the Future Foundation (HACFF). This is a local Foundation in Tanzania, a non for profit, non-religious, and non-governmental.
The Foundation was founded to work for and in relation with people who use drugs and their children to reduce harm on their daily life. Our aim is to support them to live and not to punish them.
